Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Nagaraju actually sat and listened, asked questions about things no one else did, like changes in my skin. He ordered some specific tests others hadn't. Turned out it was something with my pancreas that needed managing. He explained it all on a notepad, drew diagrams. I felt heard for the first time in months.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous about the whole thingneedles and all that. But Dr. Nagaraju and his nurse made it so straightforward. He talked me through each step before he did it, which really helped. The procedure itself was over in what felt like minutes. A bit sore afterwards, sure, but it healed up cleanly just like he said it would.
The hospital itself is nice and calm, which matters when you're not feeling great. I had to wait a bit past my appointment time, which happens, but the front desk lady kept checking in and apologizing. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind, cracked a joke that made me smile. It's the little things that make a difference, and the staff there get that.
What I remember most is how Dr. Nagaraju talked to my elderly father. My dad gets confused easily and is hard of hearing. The doctor never rushed him, spoke clearly and directly to him, not just to me. He checked if Dad understood everything, repeating things patiently. You could see my dad relax. That kind of respect and patience is rare.
