Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and stomach pain. Everyone said it was just stress. Dr. Sandeep was different. He actually listened, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky vitamin deficiency causing the real issue. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepadmade it so clear. Finally felt like someone had actually figured it out.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Sandeep made the whole thing feel routine. He walked me through each step before he did it, which really helped. The procedure itself was over before I knew it, and the aftercare instructions were simple. No drama, no fuss. Just a smooth experience from check-in to the follow-up call.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, but what stood out was the team. The front desk lady remembered my name when I came for my second visit, which was a nice touch. The nurse who took my vitals was really gentle and chatted with me to keep my mind off things. It felt like everyone was on the same page, and that made a stressful day much easier to handle.
What I'll remember most is how Dr. Sandeep talks to you. He doesn't rush. He sat down, looked me in the eye, and asked how my family was handling my recovery, too. When I had a silly question, he didn't make me feel silly for asking. He's got a calm way about him that just makes you feel like you're in good hands, even when you're worried.
