Patient Experience
I'd been feeling run down for months, and a couple of other doctors just said it was stress. Dr. Munoth actually listened to all the weird little symptoms I thought were unrelated. He ordered a specific test I'd never even heard of, and it turned out to be a thyroid issue that wasn't showing up on standard panels. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and starting to feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but the whole thing was so straightforward. Dr. Munoth walked me through each step in the clinic, the procedure itself was quick, and he even called that evening to check in. The follow-up was easy, and the scar is barely noticeable. It was just... simple, which is exactly what you want.
The Apollo facility is nice, but parking was a nightmare the day of my appointment. Once I got inside, though, the front desk lady could see I was flustered and helped me out right away. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind and chatted with me to settle my nerves. It felt like the whole team, from the reception to Dr. Munoth, was actually working together.
What I remember most is how Dr. Munoth talks to you. He doesn't rush. When I was worried about some medication side effects, he sat back down, put his tablet away, and just had a conversation with me. He doesn't talk down to you; he talks *with* you. That kind of respect makes a huge difference when you're not feeling well.
