Patient Experience
Been seeing Dr. Jadhav for my blood pressure for almost 8 years now, since he was at his old clinic. He's moved to Apollo now, which is fancier, but he's the same guy. Doesn't rush you, remembers my family history without checking the file, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. When my meds needed adjusting last year, he walked me through all the options. That kind of consistency is hard to find.
I was a total wreck before my appointment. Convinced I had something seriously wrong. The waiting room at Apollo was busy and I almost left. But Dr. Jadhav was just... calm. He actually listened to all my weird symptoms without making me feel silly, did a thorough check, and said 'Let's rule out the scary stuff first, but this is most likely X.' Just hearing a plan from someone who wasn't panicking made all the difference. Left with a prescription and way less fear.
Needed a general check-up for insurance. Got Dr. Jadhav. No nonsense, got straight to the point. Asked good questions, explained what he was doing during the exam. Waiting time was okay. Got my reports fast. Would go again if I need a GP.
My story with Dr. Jadhav started on a Tuesday morning when I woke up with this dull ache in my side that wouldn't quit. By Thursday, I was worried. Got an appointment for Friday afternoon at Apollo—parking was a nightmare, by the way. I walked in expecting the usual 10-minute in-and-out. He spent a good 25 minutes with me. Poked around, asked about my diet, my job stress, everything. Turns out it was a muscle thing from how I'd been sitting at my new desk. He drew a little diagram on the notepad to show me which muscle it was and gave me some stretches. It was the diagram that got me—such a simple thing, but it showed he cared that I understood, not just that I left.
