Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Patnaik for my blood pressure for about five years now, ever since I moved to Rourkela. What I appreciate most is that he remembers me, remembers my history, and never rushes. I've had doctors before who just look at the chart and prescribe. With him, it feels like a real check-in. The clinic at Apollo can get busy, sure, but he always makes the time count. I trust his judgment completely.
First time going to a big hospital like Apollo, and I was really nervous about my stomach issues. Dr. Patnaik was just... calm. He listened to all my worries, even the silly ones I was embarrassed to say out loud. Didn't make me feel rushed at all. Explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Walked out feeling like I had a plan, and more importantly, like I could stop worrying so much.
Saw Dr. Patnaik for a bad flu that wouldn't quit. Got straight to the point, asked the right questions, prescription worked. No fuss. Would go back if I needed to.
My husband had been feeling run down for weeks, just not himself. I finally dragged him to Apollo, and we got Dr. Patnaik. The waiting area was packed, so we were there a while. But when we got in, the doctor just had this way of putting him at ease. He asked about his work, his sleep, things I hadn't even thought to connect. Ordered a couple of tests we hadn't considered. Turns out it was a simple vitamin deficiency, but it was affecting everything. The way Dr. Patnaik pieced it together from a normal conversation, rather than just jumping to conclusions, really impressed us. We left with clear instructions and, for the first time in a while, some real answers.
