Patient Experience
My father was admitted with a bad fever and we were all really scared. Dr. Shewale was the one who actually sat us down in the waiting area and explained everything in Marathi, step by step. He didn't just talk to the chart, he looked at us. He told us what to watch for at home and gave his personal number to the nurse for us. It made a stressful time much easier to handle.
I've been seeing Dr. Shewale for my blood pressure and general check-ups for almost eight years now, since he was at his old clinic. What I appreciate is that he remembers me, remembers my history. I don't have to re-explain my whole medical past every visit. He's careful, doesn't jump to fancy medicines, and if something doesn't feel right, he listens. That kind of consistency is hard to find.
Had a nasty skin infection on my leg. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Rahul Shewale. He checked it, prescribed a cream and some pills. Clear instructions, no confusing jargon. It cleared up in a week. Good experience.
I went in for what I thought was just a lingering cough. Parking at the hospital was a nightmare that day, so I was already flustered. Dr. Shewale listened to my chest, asked a lot of questions about my work (I'm around dust), and then did something simple but smarthe checked my oxygen levels while I walked a bit. Turns out it was a bit low. He explained it could be a sign of something else and ordered a few tests to be safe. It wasn't anything major in the end, but I was glad he didn't just dismiss it as a cold and actually dug a little deeper. Felt looked after.
