Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors in Ahmednagar for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue. Everyone said it was just acidity. Dr. Gutte at Medicover Sangamner actually listened to everything, even the small stuff I thought was irrelevant. He ordered some different tests and figured out it was a tricky gallbladder issue, not just acid. I was nervous, but he explained it in Marathi, drew a little diagram, and made a plan. Feeling much better now after the treatment.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was more worried about the injection and the scar than anything. The procedure itself at Medicover was quick, and Dr. Gutte kept talking to me the whole time, which really took my mind off it. The parking lot was pretty full that day, but once I was in, it was straightforward. Follow-up was easy, and the scar is barely noticeable.
My father needed some regular check-ups, so we went to Medicover Hospital. The place is clean and calm, which he likes. What stood out was the front desk staff and the nurses. They were patient with his questions, helped him fill the forms since his hands shake a bit, and guided us to the right room. Dr. Gutte was good, but the team around him made a stressful day much simpler for us.
Look, I don't like hospitals. I get anxious. But Dr. Gutte has this really calm way about him. He doesn't rush you. When I went in for a high blood pressure follow-up, he remembered my son's exam stress from last time and asked about it. It's that kind of attention that makes you feel like you're actually being cared for, not just processed. He's a good listener, which is rare.
