Patient Experience
Our daughter had been sick for weeks, just getting weaker. We'd seen a couple of doctors who thought it was a bad virus. Dr. Krishnakanth actually sat and listened to the whole timeline again, asked different questions. He ordered a specific test the others hadn't. Turned out it was something pretty rare. It was scary, but he explained it to us in a way we could finally understand, and he had a clear plan from day one. We're so relieved we found him.
My son needed his tonsils out. Honestly, I was more nervous than he was! But Dr. Krishnakanth walked us through everything, no rushing. The day of, he came to check on us before and after. The whole thing was just... straightforward. My kid bounced back faster than I expected, and the follow-up call from the clinic nurse was a nice touch. It felt very routine, in the best possible way.
The parking at Kamineni was a bit of a mess that day, I won't lie. But once we got inside, it made a difference. The front desk people were patient with my fussy toddler, and the play area in the waiting room was a lifesaver. When we finally saw Dr. Krishnakanth, he didn't seem rushed at all, even though we were probably behind schedule. The whole team just made a stressful day feel manageable.
What I remember most is how he talks to my kids, not just at them. My youngest is shy and hides. Dr. Krishnakanth gets down on his level, talks about cartoons or whatever, and earns his trust before even trying to examine him. He remembers little things about them from past visits. It doesn't feel like we're just another file; it feels like he sees them as people. That means everything to a parent.
