I was quite nervous about my MRI. Dr. Srilakshmi has a very calm way about her. She spoke softly, explained what each sound would be like, and checked in during the scan. It made a difficult experience much easier to handle. I felt heard, not just processed.

What a relief! After weeks of worrying about some shadow on an old X-ray, I saw Dr. Srilakshmi for a follow-up ultrasound. She was so thorough, showing me the screen and pointing out everything in plain language. She said, 'See this? That's completely normal. Nothing to worry about here.' Finally got a clear answer and could sleep properly.

Parking at Kamineni was a hassle, I won't lie. But the radiology department was well-run. Dr. Srilakshmi reviewed my mammogram images herself with me in the room. She didn't rush, took time to compare with last year's, and explained the slight changes (all normal aging, apparently). Felt like she really looked at *me*, not just a file.
