Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Sravanthi actually listened to everything, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a tricky thyroid issue combined with a mild food intolerance. She explained it all on a notepad, drawing little diagrams. Finally, an answer that made sense.
Needed to get a small cyst removed, and honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. The procedure itself at Medicover was over before I knew it. Dr. Sravanthi talked me through each step as she did it, which really kept me calm. The whole visit, from check-in to leaving, felt very straightforward and calm. I was back to my normal routine the next day with barely a fuss.
Parking at the hospital that day was a nightmare, so I was already flustered when I got in. But the front desk lady saw I was stressed and was really kind about it. The whole place in Unit 2 felt clean and quiet, not chaotic. Even the nurse who took my vitals had a nice chat with me. It made waiting to see the doctor much easier.
What I remember most is how Dr. Sravanthi sat down with me, really sat down, not hovering by the door. I was scared about some test results, and she didn't sugarcoat anything, but her tone was so steady and calm. She asked about my family and how I was coping, not just the symptoms. Felt like I was talking to a very smart, caring person, not just a medical expert.
