Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this constant fatigue and weird pain. Everyone said it was stress. Dr. Supraja actually listened, asked a bunch of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was something pretty rare with my thyroid. She explained it all with a diagram on her notepad, which really helped. I'm on treatment now and finally starting to feel like myself.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Supraja made it seem so straightforward. The whole thing was over in what felt like minutes. She checked in the next day herself to see how the stitches were holding up. It was just a routine thing for her, I'm sure, but she made me feel properly looked after.
Parking at Medicover was a bit of a hassle that day, I won't lie. But once inside, the place was calm and clean. The nurses at the front desk were really kind when they saw I had my toddler with me. They even found some crayons for her. It's the little things that make a difference when you're not feeling great.
What I remember most is how Dr. Supraja talked to my mother. Mom's hard of hearing and gets flustered easily. The doctor didn't rush her, spoke clearly, and made sure she understood every part of her new medication plan. She has a real warmth about her that puts you at ease, even when the news isn't perfect.
