Patient Experience
My 8-year-old son had a high fever that just wouldn't break, and we were getting really scared. Dr. Balaji was so calm with him, explained everything in a way my kid could understand, and didn't just throw antibiotics at us. He actually took the time to figure out it was a viral thing and gave us a clear plan. The whole thing was stressful, but he made my son feel safe, which meant everything to me.
I hate going to the doctor, always have. My hands were literally shaking in the waiting room at Medicover. But Dr. Chittipotula? He just had this way about him. Asked normal questions, actually listened to my answers, and didn't make me feel rushed or silly for being anxious. Walked out feeling like a weight was off my shoulders. He's good people.
Had a weird stomach pain for weeks. Saw Dr. Balaji. He fixed it. Simple as that. No nonsense, straight to the point. Would go back.
Okay, so I went to Medicover for what I thought was just a bad cough. Parking lot was packed, had to wait a bit, which I wasn't thrilled about. Dr. Balaji comes in, and instead of just writing a script, he asks about my work (I'm a painter, lots of dust), my sleep, everything. He connected dots I didn't even see and said the cough might be linked to some heartburn I'd been ignoring. Gave me two things to try for a week before any big tests. A week later, cough was mostly gone. It was smart. He thinks about the whole picture, not just the obvious symptom.
