Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Meeravali for my diabetes and blood pressure for about five years now. He remembers my history without always checking the file, which I appreciate. The clinic at Medicover can get busy, but he never rushes me. I trust his judgment because he explains changes in a way that makes sense, and he's been right about my meds every time.
My 8-year-old had a high fever that just wouldn't break, and we were really scared. Dr. Shaik was so calm with him, talking about cartoons while he checked him over. He explained everything to us parents in simple termswhat the likely virus was, what to watch for, and exactly when to come back. He called the next day himself to check in. My son wasn't even scared to go back for the follow-up.
Had a bad stomach thing last week. Went to Medicover, saw Dr. Shaik. He was straight to the point, asked the right questions, gave me a clear prescription. Fixed me up in a couple days. Good doctor.
I went in for what I thought was just a really bad cough. The waiting area was packed, so I figured it'd be a quick in-and-out. Dr. Shaik listened to my chest, asked a few more questions about my energy levels, and got a thoughtful look. He suggested we do a quick blood test to rule something out, just to be safe. That 'just to be safe' test caught my anemia, which was the real problem. He took the time to connect dots I didn't even know were there. The cough was one thing, but he found the cause behind the fatigue I'd just been living with.
