Patient Experience
I'd been feeling off for months, tired and with weird aches. A couple of other doctors just gave me vitamins. Dr. Dalai actually sat and listened, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before. He ordered some specific tests and figured out it was a thyroid issue that was messing with everything else. It wasn't some dramatic thing, but finally having an answer and a plan felt huge.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Dalai made it simple. He explained each step right before he did it, which really helped. The whole thing was over in maybe twenty minutes. I was in and out, and the recovery was exactly what he said it would beno surprises.
Parking at Medicover was a bit of a hassle that morning, I won't lie. But once inside, it made a difference. The front desk lady saw I was flustered and helped me sort my papers. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind and cracked a joke. The place just felt calm, not like a typical hectic hospital, which settled my nerves before I even saw the doctor.
What I remember most is how Dr. Dalai talked to my elderly mother. She gets confused easily. He didn't rush her, he looked at her, not just her file, and explained her new medication in a way she could actually understand. He has a quiet, patient way about him that makes you feel like you're his only concern for those few minutes.
