Patient Experience
I'd been to a couple of doctors about this nagging fatigue and stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Jyotirmaye actually listened to every little detail I mentioned, even the ones I thought were silly. She ordered some specific tests others hadn't, and that's how we found the real issue. It wasn't simple, but she explained it in a way that finally made sense and laid out a clear plan. I feel like I have a direction now.
Had to get a small cyst removed, and honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. The procedure itself at Medicover was over before I knew it. Dr. Killada was really calm and talked me through each step as she worked. The whole thing was just... straightforward. I was in and out, and the recovery has been exactly what she said it would be. No drama, which is exactly what you want.
First time at Medicover, and I'll admit, the parking lot was packed. Once I got inside though, the front desk people were really patient helping me figure out the paperwork. The place felt clean and quiet, not chaotic. Even the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and cracked a small joke that helped me relax before seeing the doctor. It made the visit less stressful.
What stuck with me most about Dr. Killada was how she is in the room. She doesn't rush you. She sat down, looked at me, and just let me talk. When I got confused about my own symptoms, she helped sort them out without making me feel stupid. She has a quiet, sure way about her that makes you feel like you're in good hands. You can tell she's really thinking about you as a person.
