Patient Experience
I'd been to three different doctors for this nagging stomach pain and fatigue. Everyone said it was just stress or acidity. Dr. Prasad actually listened. He asked questions about things no one else didwhat I ate on specific days, even the color of my skin in different lights. He ordered a specific test the others hadn't, and it turned out to be a tricky gallbladder issue that wasn't showing up normally. He explained it all with a diagram on his notepad. Finally, an answer.
Had to get a small cyst removed from my back. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Dr. Prasad made it seem like the most normal thing. The whole thing took maybe twenty minutes in his procedure room at Medicover. He talked me through each step before he did it'little pinch now' or 'you'll feel some pressure.' It was over before I knew it. Follow-up was quick and easy, barely even a scar.
The hospital itself is nice and clean, which matters. But what really stood out was his assistant, the nurse who takes your vitals. I was running late and flustered, and the parking lot was completely full. She calmed me down, found a spot for my scooter, and even remembered my name when I walked back in. It's those small things. The whole team there just works well together, makes a stressful visit less so.
Look, I don't really like hospitals or doctors. My blood pressure shoots up just walking in. Dr. Prasad gets that. He doesn't rush. He'll sit and let you talk, and he has this calm way about him. He cracked a silly joke about my cricket team when he saw my phone wallpaper, and it just broke the ice. He treats you like a person, not just the next case file. That means a lot.
