Patient Experience
My dad was admitted with a bad fever and we were all scared. Dr. Rao took the time to explain everything to us in the waiting area, not just once but kept us updated. He didn't just talk to the patient, he talked to the family. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We felt like we were in good hands.
Had a persistent stomach issue for weeks. Saw Dr. Rao at Medicover. Got in, explained the problem, he ordered the right tests, and had a clear treatment plan by the next day. No fluff, just fixed it. Back to work.
Look, I don't like doctors. But I had this cough that wouldn't quit. Went to see this Dr. Rao guy. He was straight with me, told me to stop smoking (trying), gave me some meds that actually worked. Place was busy but he didn't rush me. Okay, fine, he's good.
I'd been feeling run down for monthsjust tired all the time, no energy. My wife finally made me go. The parking at Medicover was a nightmare that day, which put me in a bad mood. Dr. Rao listened to all my vague symptoms without making me feel silly. He asked really specific questions about my sleep and diet I hadn't even considered. Ordered a couple of blood tests, and it turned out to be a simple vitamin deficiency. Started the supplements he suggested, and honestly, I feel like a different person now. It wasn't some dramatic illness, but he figured out what was wrong when I just thought I was getting old.
