Patient Experience
I'd been feeling off for months, tired all the time with weird aches. A couple of other doctors just shrugged it off as stress. Dr. Banala Tarun Kumar actually listened, asked a ton of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered some specific tests. Turns out it was a thyroid issue that wasn't obvious. He explained it in a way that finally made sense. I'm on treatment now and starting to feel like myself again.
Had to get a small cyst removed. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but the whole thing at Medicover was so straightforward. Dr. Kumar did the procedure right there in the clinic. It was quick, he told me what he was doing step-by-step, and I barely felt a thing. The whole visit was maybe an hour, parking was a bit of a hunt, but the actual medical part was smooth and simple.
The clinic at Medicover in Hanamkonda is really clean and calm, which helped a lot because I was anxious. What stood out, though, was the front desk lady. I'd mixed up my appointment time, and she was so nice about sorting it out without making me feel stupid. Even the nurse who took my vitals was chatting with me to keep my mind off things. It felt like a team effort.
My son had a bad fever and was really scared. Dr. Kumar has this calm way about him. He didn't just talk to me; he got down on my son's level, showed him the stethoscope, and made a little game out of the check-up. He didn't rush us at all. Seeing my kid relax because the doctor was kind meant more than any medicine that day.
