Patient Experience
My 8-year-old son had a fever that just wouldn't break, and I was really scared. We went to Medicover in Hanamkonda, and Dr. Rajani was so calm with him. She explained everything to me in simple terms, didn't rush us, and even showed my son the stethoscope to make him less afraid. She called the next day to check on him, which meant a lot. We're both feeling much better now.
I hate going to the doctor, always have. Had this weird stomach pain for a week and finally booked with Dr. Rajani. I was so nervous in the waiting room. But she was just... normal? Asked good questions, listened, and didn't make me feel silly for being worried. Left with a clear plan and actually felt relieved. Parking was a nightmare though, had to circle twice.
Dr. Rajani is good. Fixed my sinus issue that was bugging me for months. Straight talk, clear advice. Would go back.
It started with just feeling tired all the time. I kept putting it off, thinking it was work stress. After a month, I dragged myself to Medicover Hospital in Pune. Dr. Rajani didn't just brush it off. She asked about everythingmy sleep, diet, even my work schedule. Ordered a couple of basic tests, which came back showing I was severely anemic. She sat with me for a good ten minutes explaining the results and a treatment plan. I've been on supplements for six weeks now, and the difference is night and day. I finally have my energy back.
