Patient Experience
I've been seeing Dr. Nookala for my blood pressure and general health for about five years now, ever since he was at the Pune location. He's my family's doctor, really. What I appreciate is that he remembers me, remembers my history without me having to repeat everything, and his advice is always consistent. He doesn't jump to conclusions or push unnecessary things. You build trust with a doctor over time, and he's earned it. Even with the move to Warangal, I still make the trip because finding that kind of steady, reliable care isn't easy.
At my age, you don't want to be rushed or made to feel like a number. I visited Dr. Srinivas Reddy at the Hanamkonda hospital for a persistent cough. He was very kind and patient, listening to all my old stories about my health. He explained everything about the medicine in simple Telugu, which put my mind at ease. The clinic was clean and the staff were respectful. I felt well looked after, which is important when you're feeling poorly.
Had a bad fever and body ache. Went to Medicover. Dr. Nookala saw me, was straight to the point, no fluff. Got the right meds, felt better in two days. Good doc.
So I'd been feeling run down for weeks, just off, but kept putting it off. Finally dragged myself to Medicover in Warangal. The parking was a bit of a mess that day, which didn't help my mood. I was nervous, thinking it might be something serious. Dr. Nookala had this calm way about him. He asked a lot of questions, not just about the fatigue, but about my work stress and sleep. He actually listened to my answers. He ordered a couple of blood tests, called me himself with the results (it was just a vitamin deficiency and exhaustion), and laid out a simple plan. It wasn't a magic fix, but following his advice made a real difference. He treated the whole problem, not just a symptom.
