I'd been to three other doctors about this constant fatigue and weird joint pain. Everyone said it was stress. The hospital itself is nice and calm, which helps when you're feeling anxious. The front desk staff remembered my name when I came for my second visit, which was a nice touch. The nurse who took my vitals was really kind; I mentioned I was a bit dizzy and she got me some water right away and didn't rush me. It felt like everyone was on the same page, from the reception to Dr. Chaitra's room.

What I liked most about Dr. Chaitra is that she doesn't talk down to you. My dad, who's older, saw her for a check-up. She spoke directly to him, clearly and patiently, and checked if he understood everything. She has this calm way about her that puts you at ease. You don't feel like just another file on her desk. She remembers personal details, like asking about my dad's garden the next time we saw her.
