How MediFyr verifies clinical credentials, analyzes real patient feedback, and scores practitioners to maintain the highest standards of medical trust and transparency.

Our Commitment to Medical E-E-A-T

At MediFyr, we believe choosing a doctor is one of the most critical decisions a patient makes. To assist you, our platform relies strictly on the standards of Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). Every data source, physician credential, and patient review on our website goes through a systematic, multi-layered verification process before publication.

Real Patient Experience: Analysis & Ratings

Unlike generic directories that allow anonymous, unverified review dumps, MediFyr's Patient Experience Scorecard is compiled directly from real patient interactions. We analyze detailed feedback, clinical stories, post-appointment testimonials, and patient-reported outcomes to provide an objective rating.

How We Verify and Compile Reviews

  • 1 Verified Patient Matches: Reviews are cross-referenced with active clinic appointments, digital hospital check-ins, or secure Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) IDs to guarantee the feedback is from an actual patient who completed a consultation.
  • 2 Qualitative Care Stories: Rather than relying only on stars, we use clinical sentiment analysis to process qualitative feedback and patient narratives, evaluating patient sentiment on bedside care and practitioner responsiveness.
  • 3 Multi-Dimensional Scoring: We evaluate each provider across 10 distinct, industry-standard patient experience metrics, ensuring a holistic representation of care rather than a single subjective rating.

The 10 Patient Experience Metrics We Score

In alignment with top global medical frameworks (such as the standard US Healthcare CAHPS methodologies), we measure and score practitioners on these ten critical factors:

1. Thoroughness of Examination

Patient satisfaction with the attention to detail during clinical and diagnostic steps.

2. Provider's Follow-Up

Evaluation of responsiveness to post-consultation questions, medical reports, and recovery paths.

3. Amount of Time with Patient

Satisfaction regarding whether the practitioner spent adequate time answering queries without rushing.

4. Clarity of Explanation

The doctor's effectiveness in explaining medical conditions, treatment routes, and clinical findings.

5. Recommendation Score

The likelihood score representing whether past patients would recommend this practitioner to family.

6. Patient Loyalty

Retention and long-term trust metric reflecting patients returning for further consultations.

7. General Feedback

A combined metric reflecting wait-times, front-desk coordination, and general clinic service efficiency.

8. Clinician Empathy & Bedside Manner

How compassionate, attentive, and reassuring the practitioner is during the care session.

9. Ease of Scheduling

Convenience of booking slots, reschedule response, and virtual consultation availability.

10. Hygiene & Safety Standards

Cleanliness, sanitary standards, and medical regulatory safety protocols practiced at the clinic.

Primary Data Sources & Authoritativeness

In addition to real patient ratings, every practitioner's profile details — including registration numbers, medical degrees, residency training, and certifications — are sourced directly from authoritative healthcare records and verified:

  • National Medical Commission (NMC): All Indian practitioners are cross-referenced with the National Medical Register and respective State Medical Councils to verify their valid license to practice.
  • Verified Hospital Administrations: Practicing details, active consultant posts, admitting hospital privileges, and fees are directly provided and verified by partner hospital administrations.
  • Direct Primary Source Verification: Doctor degrees (MD, MS, MBBS, DM, MCh) and board certifications are checked against the issuing universities or certifying medical associations.

How Listings Are Ordered

To help you choose with confidence, we present doctors and hospitals in a clear, consistent order based on objective signals — never on who pays the most. When you search or share your location, the order adapts to surface the most relevant, trustworthy options for you first.

Clinical relevance

How closely a doctor's speciality and practising location match your search and selected city.

Patient ratings & verified reviews

Average rating and the volume of proof-backed, verified patient reviews.

Experience & qualifications

Years of clinical practice, degrees, and recognised credentials.

Proximity & distance

When you share your location or pick a city, nearby doctors and hospitals rank higher.

Consultation fees & transparency

Clearly listed fees, so you can compare cost alongside quality.

Availability

Doctors with real, bookable upcoming slots are surfaced so you can be seen sooner.

This ordering is designed to earn your trust — and Google's — by being transparent and useful. Ranking position never changes a doctor's verified medical credentials, and partner status alone does not buy a higher rank or alter any clinical information shown on a profile.
