Dr. Ponnapati Venkataanil Kumar Reddy

I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging stomach pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Reddy actually listened, asked a bunch of questions I hadn't been asked before, and ordered a specific scan. Turns out it was a weirdly positioned gallstone that everyone else missed. He explained the whole thing with a diagram on his notepaddidn't rush me at all. Finally got it sorted.

The nurse who took my vitals was chatting with me about the weather to keep me calm. It's the little things that make a difference when you're sitting there in a gown.

What I remember most is how Dr. Reddy talks to you. I'm an older patient, and sometimes doctors can be a bit short. He sat down, looked me in the eye, and asked how I was doing before even looking at my file. He's got a calm way about him that makes you feel like you're the only person he has to see that day. That kind of respect means a lot.
