Dr. Sourav Kundu

I'd been to a couple of doctors for this nagging abdominal pain, and everyone just said it was stress. Dr. Sourav Kundu actually listened. He asked questions about things no one else had, like my family history and some weird symptoms I thought were unrelated. He ordered a specific scan, and it turned out to be a rare type of hernia. What stuck with me most about Dr. Kundu was how he talks to you. He doesn't just talk at you. I came in worried about a lump, and he could tell I was scared. He sat down, made eye contact, and said, 'Let's figure this out together.' He has this calm way of explaining things without using scary medical jargon. He even cracked a small joke to lighten the mood. You feel like a person, not just a case file.
